OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed backup in to first basin of three-compartment sink during test. Maintenance serviced sink and sink is now working properly. Observed floor drain below four-compartment sink in bar area to not effectively drain into the floor drain. Plumbing is misaligned and water is damaging floor tiling.

If cleaner is to be used for sanitization, establishment must provide documentation that chemical meets the requirements under 40 CFR 180.940. Cleaner cannot be used as sanitizer until documentation is provided. Person in charge provided chlorine sanitizer and appropriate test strips at time of inspection.
