Observed sour cream and turkey in the omelet reach-in cooler to be at temperatures above 41F. Food items were discarded. Observed noodles on the omelet station to be at a temperature above 41F. Noodles were discarded.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed bottle of liquid below simple servings make table without label. Person in charge stated it was oil and had bottle labeled.
