OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some black build up on the door seals of the Reach-in Freezer 6 in the dry storage area. Observed some dried build up on the door handle of the cookie oven in the bakery area. Observed some build up on the back of the handles of Reach-in Cooler 12. Observed some build up on the door seals of Reach-in Cooler 12. Observed some build up in the catch tray of the stove in the cooks hot line prep area. Observed some build up in the unused stove in the cooks hot line prep area.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some food build up and ice on the floor in the Walk-in Freezer. Observed some dust build up on the fan guards on the condenser in the Dairy Walk-in Cooler. Observed some mold build and condensation build up on the walls and ceiling in the Chef Walk-in Cooler. Observed some dust build up on the fan guards on the condenser in the Produce Walk-in Cooler. Observed some build up on the floor in the cabinet below the prep sink on the chef's table serving line.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed ice scoops being stored on top of the rack to the left of the large ice machine. Chef removed the scoops. Observed a scoop with no handle being stored in the sugar bin in the bakery prep area. Manager removed the scoop from the food bin.
