OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a metal pan of baked beans to be hot holding at a temperature below 135*degrees in front steam table for <4hrs (See temp log). Person in charge adjusted the temperature of the steam table to be at or above 135*degrees at the time of inspection.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed mouse droppings along the baseboards throughout the following areas: kitchen, ware-washing, dry storage, employee bathroom, men and women's restroom, dining room, drive-thru, and side prep area to the right of the BBQ pit. Observed mouse droppings on the flooring beneath the BIB rack; on side slots of the metal speed rack in dry storage, and on the bottom shelf of the metal prep table in the side prep area. Person in charge cleaned droppings from all aforementioned areas at the time of inspection. Person in charge stated pest control comes on a monthly basis and provided the most recent invoice performed by Dennis Termite and Pest Control, INC., from 2/25/23.
