OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed ham at the pizza station make table to be holding a temperature above 41F (see temperature log). Person in charge stated it was placed on the line less than 2 hours ago. Person in charge moved to a cooler to reach 41F.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed chicken noodle soup at the deli station to be holding a temperature below 135F (see temperature log). Person in charge reheated to 165F and placed it back on the soup well at time of inspection.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed black buildup around the nonfood-contact surface of the milk nozzle at the beverage station. Employee cleaned at time of inspection.
