OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed employee to enter the kitchen and put on gloves. Inspector asked employee if employee washed their hands. Employee stated that they washed their hands at the kitchen handwashing sink. Kitchen hand washing sink was without handwashing cleanser at time of inspection. Person in charge placed soap at the kitchen handwashing sink and employee washed their hands at time of inspection.
