CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed several foods in the Pizza Make Table Cooler that were being held out of temperature. Discussed with the Chef and discovered that the unit is not reaching the correct cold holding temperature of 41 degrees and below. Foods were allowed to be cooled down since the Chef stated that they were not being held out of temperature for more than four hours.
