OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed dead roaches located (7) in the back storage room, (4) near oil storage containers to right of walk-in freezer, (1) underneath hand sink at server station near bar, (1) behind portioning doors behind the bar. All pest were removed at the time of inspection.
