OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed one live mice in the kitchen area near the flat top grill Observed excessive mice dropping in the following areas: under all of the booth seats in the dining area, inside of the cooler in the server area, inside of the flat top grill in the space under the nozzles, and inside of the maintenance closet. Observed evidence of possible mice nesting in the maintenance room to the left of the office, under the wall booth located in the rear dining area on the right exit door, under the wall booth in the rear dining area next to the Men's restroom, and inside of the front line condenser cooler unit located in the server area.
