OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed hand washing sink on the far left side of the cooks line to have a leak out of both water lines and not have hot water through the faucet. Person in charge fixed the water line leaks to have running hot water at time of inspection. Observed leak in the piping below the hand washing sink at the far left side of the cooks line. Observed a back up on the far right basin of the 3 compartment sink at the bar. Person in charge fixed the 3 compartment sink at the bar to drain properly at the time of inspection.
