All items prepped earlier in the morning. Items reportioned and/or placed on ice as they were within the 4-hour safety window. Items no longer made od safe, durable and smooth materials. Items removed by Person in Charge. Advised checking all utensils/food-contact surfaces prior to closing for winter break and discarding any which are no longer made of safe, durable and smooth materials.
