Flooring throughout kitchen heavily pitted, especially in warewashing area. Person in Charge stated they have requested the flooring be refinished with Facility Maintenance.

Inspector will verify 1'' air gap in place at re-inspection for Jazzman Cafe on campus. Failure to have corrected at that time will result in an automatic re-inspection and associated fee for UMCK Food Service permit.
