Person in charge discarded food items.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a back up at the 3 compartment sink when conducting the 3 compartment sink test. Person in charge cleared the clog to where the sink was draining properly. Observed a leak in the upper faucet of the mop sink(non-critical).
